Ingredients

Each capsule contains 3mg of L-Methylfolate Calcium (as Metafolin®), 35mg of Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate, 2mg of Methylcobalamin and 500mg of Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

Directions & Dosage

Adults take one capsule twice daily or two capsules once daily or as directed by your healthcare provider.
